felting with baby

the little one was playing with my batting while i was felting so
I asked her if she wanted to do some wet felting.

and yep she did...

she made some neat little balled up knobbies.

while I was working on carrots.
one carrot was wet felted and the other was sewn with felted tops.



Speaking of carrots,
the carrot seeds I have planted are not coming up for some reason...
maybe its too much wet and not enuf warm?

So I did a second planting.
maybe there will be a whole bunch of thinning carrot sprouts to eat!

adventures in eating

little addie has been eatin with a fork!





the concentration. She doesn't get as frustrated as I think she should! which is great.

Since she was doing so good, I thought I'd give her a little bowl of yogurt for the first time. It went very well for a while, until I got sidetracked on the phone and look what happened!
She thought it was grrreat, so I took my time in cleaning her up and snapped a pic!






in other news,
we just got back from a nice visit with some buddys in the valley.
Addie and her little buddy, O ate plenty of sand and dirt, did many "toy trades", played in parks, stroller rides...
A blast was had by all.
