I thought so.
Just tried this one thinking of my honey who works a very laborious job and needs extra protein. He really liked them... and so did everyone else!!
So. you need a food processor first.
Here's the recipe:
Healthy cookie dough balls
- 2 Cups Peanuts
- 1 Cup Dates
- 3 Scoops of Protein Powder (optional)
- ¼ Cup Coconut
- ¼ Cup Ground Flax (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ Cup Water (or more...)
- sugar (optional)
- ¼ Cup (fair trade ;0) Chocolate Chips

You will really only want a couple of these at a time! They are great
for after strenuous exercise
or when you feel you need a boost of
energy.
